It manages the student careers for the first and second cycle degree programs established at the Departments of Law, Political and International Sciences, and Physical, Earth and Environmental Sciences.
FRONT OFFICE Public opening hours (booking required on the UFIRST platform): Tuesday and Thursday from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM (in-person reception) Telephone appointment hours (booking required on the UFIRST platform): Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM Appointments can be booked through the UFIRST platform. To book an appointment, students must download the Ufirst app on their mobile phones, which will allow them to select the office they wish to visit and schedule an online appointment (Gmeet). The system will display the list of available times, and students can simply select their preferred time. It is necessary to wait for the email from the student office of their degree program with the link for the Gmeet connection. Once the booking is made, the system itself will send two notifications to remind the student of the appointment: the first notification will arrive the day before the appointment; the second 30 minutes before.
