Three-year strategic planning

The Department of Political and International Sciences (DISPI), in line with university guidelines, plans its future activities with a fundamental document that sets out its course for the next three years: the Departmental Three-Year Plan (PTD).

The PTD is not a simple declaration of intent, but a real operational guide. It outlines the objectives that DISPI intends to achieve and the concrete actions that will be put in place to do so. It is the result of careful analysis and internal discussion, and is perfectly aligned with the overall strategies of our University.

With the PTD, DISPI is committed to the crucial areas of teaching, research, and the Third Mission, with a strong focus on contemporary issues and internationalization. In terms of teaching, it updates its educational programs, guaranteeing students a rich and stimulating learning experience. At the same time, DISPI aims to intensify scientific research, promoting innovative projects and disseminating the results to enrich academic debate and general knowledge.

Another priority is the Third Mission, i.e., DISPI's commitment to dialogue and collaboration with the social and economic context. The goal is to transfer skills and generate a positive and concrete impact on the territory. Finally, DISPI works constantly to optimize its internal organization, ensuring efficient processes and a peaceful and productive working environment for all staff.

The Three-Year Plan is therefore a key document, our vision for the future, in which we invite you to explore in detail the commitments and directions that DiSPI will undertake in the coming years.
