On June 9, Prof. Borghesi was an invited speaker at Sapienza University at the conference “The Challenges of the 21st Century: Climate,” giving a presentation titled “Climate Change: Economic Effects and Mitigation Policies.”
The panel also included Prof. Giorgio Parisi, winner of the 2021 Nobel Prize in Physics, who gave the closing speech discussing the interdisciplinary challenges that science will face in the future in order to tackle climate change.
