tin the USiena-DISPI framework agreement with OSCE Academy in Bishkek, students and faculties are invited to the Webinar "President Trump's First 100 Days and Implications for Central Asia", organized by Agha Bayramov (Hague Research and the University of Groningen).
This online panel takes a close look at the first 100 days of President Donald Trump’s administration and explores what his early actions and rhetoric could mean for Central Asia. From shifts in U.S. foreign policy and trade priorities to evolving security strategies and regional alliances, we'll examine how Central Asia fits into the broader picture. Experts will share perspectives on potential opportunities, risks, and what governments and institutions in the region and outside (e.g. Europe) might expect—or need to prepare for—in light of Washington’s new direction.
